Purpose: The purpose of the Member First Mortgage Escalation Process is to assist members towards a possible resolution concerning a request for hardship assistance. You are very important to us therefore we want to make sure your questions and concerns are addressed.

1. Explain in as much detail as possible what you need to discuss. Please include your account number, dates and the names of any Member First Mortgage employees you have spoken with and other pertinent information that will assist us in a timely resolution.
